Get Support
We're here to help with anything from a billing question to a server that won't start.
Support Hours
Our team monitors support requests daily, Asia/Bangkok time (UTC+7). Requests submitted outside those hours are picked up the next business day. Response times are estimates, not a guaranteed SLA, and may be longer during high-volume periods.
Email Support
Email is currently our only support channel for account, billing, or technical issues:
This mailbox cannot currently receive email — nextgenhost.cc has no inbound mail (MX) record configured yet, so messages sent here will not arrive. We're working on this. Account-related emails the platform sends to you (like password resets) are delivered normally.
Include your account email and, if relevant, the affected server name or an order reference from your Order History — it helps us investigate faster once inbound email is live.
Discord Community
Coming soon A community Discord server is planned but not yet live. Once available, it will be linked here and in the footer — for now, please use email support above.
What to Include in a Support Request
- Your account email address (so we can look up your account).
- The affected server's name, if applicable.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected instead.
- Any relevant order/transaction reference from your Order History, for billing questions.
Emergency / Platform-Wide Issues
If you suspect a platform-wide outage rather than an issue with your own server, check our real-time status page first — it reflects the same live health data our own team monitors and doesn't depend on email. If the status page shows a problem, there's no need to also file a support ticket for it; we're already aware and working on it. If status shows healthy but you're still experiencing a widespread issue, email us and mark the subject "Urgent" — see the email delivery note above.
